Do you have more than person in house that have there own e-mail account? Keep in mind that Outlook Express sends everything the in box. In order to have outlook place mail in the proper boxes you need to filter the e-mail coming in.  These instruction will tell you step by step on how to setup new mail accounts. With @home you get 3 E-mail Accounts. If you want to use all 3 accounts you need to log onto @Home and click on MEMBERS SERVICES to activate your 2 e-mail accounts. Your primary account which is the one they gave you is always activate.  Not sure what it is? Call tech support they will tell you.

Adding A New Mail Account In Outlook Express 5.0

1. Open Outlook Express

2. Click on TOOLS then click ACCOUNTS

3. A box pops open click on ADD and another box opens, now click on MAIL

4. Enter the name of what you want people too see. This can be a nick name or your real name. Then click NEXT

5. Click the DOT. This tells outlook you already have an e-mail account. In the E-mail Address field enter your @Home E-mail address. Click NEXT

6. Make sure you have

  • Incoming Mail Server - POP3
  • Incoming Mail - mail
  • Outgoing Mail - mail

Type "mail" all in lower case. Click NEXT

7. Type in your account name which is the first part of your e-mail address. Also type in your password and check the box that says Remember password, Unless you want to type it in all the time. Click Next

8. Well thats it click FINISH your new account is setup. if you want to add another simply follow the steps from top to bottom again.
