Configuring this email application requires the "full path" to our mail server (ie mail.rdc1.ab.wave.home.com). Occasionally, this path changes, affecting your configuration settings. If you use Pegasus and find that you cannot access your email, contact Technical Support.

  • Launch Pegasus to activate the setup wizard.
  • Click Next
  • Enter your email address
  • Type your Incoming(POP3) server
  • Type mail.rdc1.ab.wave.home.com

NOTE:

  • In B.C. use rdc1.bc.wave.home.com
  • In Alta. use rdc1.ab.wave.home.com
  • In Manitoba or Ontario use rdc1.on.wave.home.com
  • Type your email User name and password
  • Your POP3 address appears as the SMTP server address
  • Select Network as your connection type
  • Click Finish

Pegasus Mail launches. To change your account settings;

  • Select File, Network Configuration
  • From Pegasus Mail Options, select Network
  • Enter your new settings in the appropriate text boxes
  • Click OK to change settings and finish
